We are NIVHA Laboratory Services Ltd, a Northern Ireland company based at Concourse 1, Catalyst, Queen’s Road, Belfast BT3 9DT. We provide drug and alcohol testing services. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website.

We only collect what we need. When you fill in the contact form, your message arrives at info@nivha.net, a shared inbox accessed by the NIVHA team. We use a cookie banner to ask permission before running non-essential cookies or Google Analytics. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing.

You have rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, including the right to ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or, if you are in the Republic of Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (DPC).

Workplace drug and alcohol testing

If your employer has commissioned NIVHA to test you, a separate, more detailed Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Privacy Notice applies. It is issued directly through your employer or HR contact. To request a copy, email dataprotection@nivha.net.
